| Realtek HD Audio driver v1.82 for Windows Vista.
Click the Realtek HD Audio update link above.
When you see a message similar to below, click on Save
and save the file to your desktop as follows:
- Click on the arrow next to Browse Folders
- Choose Desktop on the left hand side
- Then click Save
Double-click on the downloaded file RTL_HDAUD_1.82.ZIP and you should see a screen similar to below. Click on Extract all files
You will then see -
Make sure that Show extracted files when complete is ticked, then click Extract and the following screen will show. Then double-click on Setup.
A message may appear asking for permission to continue... click Continue
This will launch the setup program, follow all on screen instructions to complete the installation. You may need to restart your computer to complete the installation.
